机场线路1

从首都机场乘坐机场专线,在东直门站下车换乘地铁2号线开往西直门方向,在西直门站 C 口出站:

1、沿西直门内大街向东直行100米,右拐到西直门南小街,向南步行到丁字路口即到国英园1号楼楼下。

2、向南直行50米,绕过 国二招宾馆 沿着中大安胡同向东到西直门南小街,向南步行到丁字路口即到国英园1号楼楼下。

A few action do people old old legs

 

 

China's traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for

 

 

 

        As the saying goes, people old legs first failure. So, how to exercise to do "old leg old man", the following a few action you might as well try.

 

        Of the quadriceps muscle contraction and relaxation exercise and ankle flexion and extension of the activity. Lie low is on the bed, unbend, double ankle natural relaxed, then do back stretch action (i.e. the instep cocked upward movement), maximum limit. Then stretched from the largest back state started plantar flexion (i.e. instep down the action), the same to reach maximum. Repeated 20 ~ 30 groups/time, 3 ~ 5 times a day.

 

        Dry cleaning. With both hands hold the side of the thigh, a little hard massage from the thigh down, until the ankles, and then massage from the ankle to the thigh root, in the same way to massage the other legs, repeat 10 ~ 20 times. Can make joint flexibility, so the leg muscles and walking ability enhancement, prevention of lower limb varicose veins, edema and muscle atrophy, etc.

 

        Straight leg raising movement. Seated tanks on the bed or sitting on the bench, a leg unbend naturally, in the condition of the knee unbend, raise lower limbs, keep 3 ~ 10 minutes. Repeat again after 5 minutes rest. Maintain 10 to 20 times a day.

 

        Left calf. One hand a wall or help tree, left leg forward, first to become warped up toe forward, then back to shake, one left 80 ~ 100 times is advisable. This method can prevent lower limb atrophy, weak, or numbness, crus cramp, etc.

 

        And knees. Bipedal parallel combined and knees slightly crouch down, with his hands on his knees, clockwise rubbing dozens of times, and then counterclockwise rubbing dozens of times, this method can dredge veins, to lower extremities, the knee pain.
