Studies have found yellow aspergillus toxin can induce animal liver, can also induce gastric cancer, kidney cancer, rectal cancer, and breast cancer, ovary, small intestine and other parts. Yellow aspergillus toxin pollution is a global problem, including some developed countries, the pollution is quite serious. Mainly in the south of the high temperature, high humidity areas in China for food contamination is more serious.

        So, when buying peanuts kind of dried fruits, should pay attention to see if any mildew problem. On the one hand can pick to remove mildew nuts by hand. Also, like to eat peanuts kind of dried fruit, for cooked products, be sure to carefully identify if there is a mould nuts on the skin. If in doubt, it is better to buy less eat less. Especially for the mixed with sugar or his raw materials processing products, nuts more carefully. Purchase of raw peanut kernel, cooked again after processing should be cleaned with water.
