Myth 1: fruits and vegetables not iron
Many people don't know to eat more vegetables, fruit is good for iron also. Because vegetables and fruits rich in vitamin C, citric acid and malic acid, this kind of organic acids can form complex with iron, so as to increase the solubility of iron in the intestine, is conducive to the absorption of iron.
Erroneous zone 2: much meat is bad for your health
