到西城区西直门南小街国英园一号楼行驶路线

机场线路1

从首都机场乘坐机场专线,在东直门站下车换乘地铁2号线开往西直门方向,在西直门站 C 口出站:

1、沿西直门内大街向东直行100米,右拐到西直门南小街,向南步行到丁字路口即到国英园1号楼楼下。

2、向南直行50米,绕过 国二招宾馆 沿着中大安胡同向东到西直门南小街,向南步行到丁字路口即到国英园1号楼楼下。

从首都机场内乘坐机场直达西单的大巴,在西单站下车,乘坐出租车到西直门南小街国英园1号楼。

        Hot summer, so need special attention when keeping in good health, below is on keeping in good health to do: "eight quit" quit a cold drink, second ring fat four ring, three ring not to eat, stay up late, five precepts exposure, inactive quit six, seven quit lazy, eight quit.

 

        I quit cold drinks

 

        Many cool the cold drinks as a panacea, a bottle of cold drink down, although can short cooling, but for intestines and stomach hurt greatly, not only affect the digestion and absorption of food, also easy to cause intestinal infection, abdominal pain diarrhea and other symptoms.

 

        Quit two fat

Should eat some more light, easy to digest food, such as green beans, lotus seeds, lotus leaf, can be good, good, qushi, beneficial to health.

 

        Three ring don't eat

 

        Some love beautiful girl, think no appetite in summer, just can be used to reduce weight, so can not eat it, or to use cold melon instead of staple food.
