        A new study found that eating more fruits, especially blueberries, apples and grapes, can reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes. Eating blueberries can lower the risk of type 2 diabetes by 26%, and a day to eat three other fruit can lower the risk of type 2 diabetes is 2%. The new study also found that drinking juice without sugar.

 

        New study, researchers from Britain, the United States and Singapore using data of three large-scale studies, eat fruit was studied and the correlation between type 2 diabetes. Animal experiments found that anthocyanins can improve the blood sugar level. In addition, the fruit contains natural polyphenols also has excellent health care effect.

 

        The study also found that drinking juice, it will increase the risk of type 2 diabetes. The reason is that juice contains fewer nutrients than fruits. Blueberries instead of juice can make the risk of type 2 diabetes by 33%, grapes and raisins instead of fruit juice, type 2 diabetes risk by 19%, with the substitution of apple and pear juice can reduce risk of type 2 diabetes by 7%.
