从首都机场乘坐机场专线,在东直门站下车换乘地铁2号线开往西直门方向,在西直门站 C 口出站:

        A new study has found that dietary fiber intake and a link between cardiovascular disease and low cellulose) (dietary fiber intake can lead to metabolic syndrome, cardiovascular inflammation and obesity, cardiovascular metabolic disease risk is greatly increased.

 

        New study, brigham and women's hospital affiliated to Harvard University, a senior researcher Dr Cherie, r. clark and his colleagues, with the United States in 1999 ~ 2010 national health and nutrition survey data on 23168 participants involved, to the role of dietary fiber in heart health is studied.         Dr Clark said the new study confirmed that the social economic conditions and different racial/ethnic differences will lead to the difference of dietary fiber intake. The study found that Mexican americans dietary fiber intake is relatively higher. Compared with non-hispanic white americans, non-hispanic black American dietary fiber intake is lower. Comprehensive analysis, according to the results of low dietary fiber intake can increase the risk of cardiovascular disease. Metabolic syndrome and cardiovascular inflammation, obesity, participants, dietary fiber intake also belongs to the minimum.

 

        Dietary fiber is botanical ingredients, plant-based foods is a natural food source of dietary fiber. Fruits and vegetables, whole grains, grains, beans and bacteria algae is rich in dietary fiber content in the food. Specific include: brown rice and embryonic tooth white rice, corn, millet, barley, burdock, carrot, green beans, red beans, peas, sweet potatoes and wakame, etc. (gold)
