从首都机场乘坐机场专线,在东直门站下车换乘地铁2号线开往西直门方向,在西直门站 C 口出站:

1、沿西直门内大街向东直行100米,右拐到西直门南小街,向南步行到丁字路口即到国英园1号楼楼下。

2、向南直行50米,绕过 国二招宾馆 沿着中大安胡同向东到西直门南小街,向南步行到丁字路口即到国英园1号楼楼下。

        Increased physical activity can improve the body's sensitivity to insulin, reduce weight, reduce body fat, enhance strength, improve the work ability and quality of life. Diabetic patients how to exercise? Exercise intensity and duration shall be determined according to the patient's overall health, movement can be varied in form, such as walking, brisk walking, aerobics, dance, tai chi, jogging, swimming, etc.

 

        People with diabetes should warm up before exercising. In formal for 15 minutes of warm-up before exercise, can make the muscle activity first, avoid exercise muscle. Such as running or walking slowly before stretching, kick, then walking about 10 minutes, then gradually speed up the pace, until the heart rate frequency.

 

        People in the process of the whole movement, muscle needs more oxygen and glucose supply, so the blood circulation will accelerate, a racing heartbeat, breathing deepened, small blood vessels, thus ensuring the supply of oxygen and glucose, therefore, under normal circumstances should maintain for 20 ~ 30 minutes. But when you are just beginning to exercise program, we can keep 5 ~ 10 minutes, then gradually add quantity, generally have extended their movement within 1 ~ 2 months to 20 ~ 30 minutes.

 

        Movement is coming to an end, it is best to do the recovery of about 10 minutes movement (should choose a slow, gentle movements relaxation exercise), rather than a sudden stop, in case the body caused by blood stasis, change blood drops, cause syncope or arrhythmia.
