机场线路1

从首都机场乘坐机场专线,在东直门站下车换乘地铁2号线开往西直门方向,在西直门站 C 口出站:

1、沿西直门内大街向东直行100米,右拐到西直门南小街,向南步行到丁字路口即到国英园1号楼楼下。

2、向南直行50米,绕过 国二招宾馆 沿着中大安胡同向东到西直门南小街,向南步行到丁字路口即到国英园1号楼楼下。

        Dry eyes pain, heavy eyelids open, blurred vision... As electronic audiovisual products are increasingly of people's lives, the eyes are electronic screens "lock-in" : is a computer screen to work, work is the television screen, other time is the phone's screen. Along with the increase in your eye, eye strain rates is becoming more and more high. 
 
        Average every few seconds to blink eyes, blink 10 ~ 20 times per minute, each time the blink of an eye for about 1/10 of a second; In the blink of an eye, a physiological activity, blink is completed. Some due to the need of work or personal interests need to use the computer for a long time, special attention should be paid to consciously eye blink a few times more, be in about 1 hour rest 5 ~ 10 minutes, overlooking, relax your eyes, more than a wink, simply breaks cervical vertebra and the legs and feet, with more energy into work. 
 
        Prevention and treatment of eye fatigue, to master some care method is very necessary. Here recommend some way to reduce fatigue of the health care -- 
 
        1. The massage: two tactics palm rub against each other until the fever, cover the hot hand eyes, eye five laps up and down to turn right or left; Close your eyes, round eyes, a bit forcibly knead by temporal 5 times; Squeezed by the ching Ming hole, rubbing the wind pool, one minute at a time.

        4. Diet eye: rich in vitamin A, vitamin B food or fruits and vegetables can prevent eye fatigue and dry eyes, such as animal liver, carrots, amaranth and spinach, sweet potatoes, pear, persimmon, sesame, soy, milk, wheat germ, etc., more consciously choose the food. In addition, try to depict the eyecare diet: 1. The right amount, medlar, rice porridge to eat. 2. The suitable amount of medlar, pork liver, soup to eat. 3. The black walnut rushed milk drink (black bean powder 1 spoon, walnut meat mud or powder 1 spoon, milk, half a catty honey 1 spoon). 4. Chinese wolfberry mulberries porridge to eat (5 g medlar, mulberry son 5 grams, the yam 5 grams, red jujube 5, 100 grams of japonica rice). 5.
