机场线路1

从首都机场乘坐机场专线,在东直门站下车换乘地铁2号线开往西直门方向,在西直门站 C 口出站:

1、沿西直门内大街向东直行100米,右拐到西直门南小街,向南步行到丁字路口即到国英园1号楼楼下。

2、向南直行50米,绕过 国二招宾馆 沿着中大安胡同向东到西直门南小街,向南步行到丁字路口即到国英园1号楼楼下。

        Daily life have often, namely, daily life and work and rest should be regularly. Some books often refers to "living" or "daily life". From law, a basic human life requires people to according to the principle of "sunrise as, whether to arrange their own life, day and night to meet a day - the ebb and flow of Yin and Yang change, maintain the spirit of the people, make people energetic and rosy, eyes, and a twinkle in her eyes. If long-term daily life, work and rest disturbance, will make people depressed, sallow complexion, glassy-eyed without god. This is because the sun be the spirit of human body during the day to run on, promote human zang-fu organs of various functional activity, so the day is the best time to work or study. Night and tend to collect inside the sun be the spirit of human body, the rest is good for the body to recover. 
 
        Modern research proves, the circadian clock and nature in the human body, according to the law of the biological clock work and rest, the body health. So after 2 more or 10 PM should sleep, no special circumstances, should not be commonly more than 11. Should guarantee the six to eight hours of sleep, only sleep because humans and animals to grow. Should know 11 till 1 PM is the beginning of a new day, if it is hard to sleep more than 11. But now some people don't pay attention to daily life routine, some of them may be because of the need of study and work having to disturb, there may be a long-term formation of the habits and customs, but also there are some people is the inverse of living, to do such things, often don't sleep at night, on the table, or entertainment, competitive, fight, or to find joy and excitement, burning it. Some do not pay attention to mix a, only know work or make money, make body and mind all the day in a state of high tension. Others to reverse day and night, do not follow the conventional life, present an alternative lifestyle. All of these are not conducive to health and health.
