A, the scope of the pilot
 
Starting from the date of the notice issued by allowing foreign investors by way of merger and acquisition of new buy in Beijing, tianjin, Shanghai, jiangsu, fujian, guangdong and hainan province to set up wholly foreign-owned hospital. In addition to Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan investors, other foreign investors may not be in the province (city) set the class hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.
 
Second, the set requirements
 
(a) to apply for the establishment of wholly foreign-owned hospital foreign investors should be a legal person shall bear civil liability independently, directly or indirectly engaged in medical and health care investment and management experience, and in accordance with one of the following requirements:
 
1. Be able to provide the international advanced hospital management concept, management mode and service mode;
 
2. Be able to provide with international leading level of medical technology and equipment;
 
3. Can complement or improve local in medical service, medical technology, capital and lack of medical facilities.
 
(2) apply to set up wholly foreign-owned hospital should conform to the state formulates the basic standard of medical institutions. Third, organize the implementation

(3) the pilot provinces (municipalities) to the family planning administrative department of public health in accordance with the law in accordance with the rules for the supervision and administration of wholly foreign-owned hospital, and in accordance with the relevant information management of the registration of practice of a medical institution, to do a good job of submitted data.
