从首都机场乘坐机场专线,在东直门站下车换乘地铁2号线开往西直门方向,在西直门站 C 口出站:

1、沿西直门内大街向东直行100米,右拐到西直门南小街,向南步行到丁字路口即到国英园1号楼楼下。

2、向南直行50米,绕过 国二招宾馆 沿着中大安胡同向东到西直门南小街,向南步行到丁字路口即到国英园1号楼楼下。

    According to the "health day" web site reported recently, the American heart association stroke magazine published a new study has found that in China, every day to eat more fresh fruit and vegetables, can significantly reduce the risk of stroke.
 
    The study by the Qingdao municipal hospital QuYan, director of the intensive care unit and colleagues, they nearly 19 years of 20 studies of stroke with fruits and vegetables, has carried on the comprehensive analysis. These studies were done in the United States, Asia, Europe, involving more than 760000 participants, including nearly 17000 people are suffering from a stroke. The results found that ate 200 grams of fruit every day (about two apple) and 200 grams of vegetables, stroke risk can be reduced by 32% and 32% respectively. The more fruits and vegetables to eat, reduce the risk of stroke, the more obvious.
 
    Said study leader QuYan, eat more fruits and vegetables can help lower blood pressure, strengthen the function of blood vessels, reducing body fat, lower cholesterol and inflammation. For the masses, improve your diet and lifestyle is very important to reduce heart disease and stroke risk. The American heart association also suggested that adults should be at least a day to eat enough 4 ~ 5 servings of fruit vegetables (1 fruit weighs about 150 grams, 1 vegetable weighing about 75 grams).
