机场线路1

从首都机场乘坐机场专线,在东直门站下车换乘地铁2号线开往西直门方向,在西直门站 C 口出站:

1、沿西直门内大街向东直行100米,右拐到西直门南小街,向南步行到丁字路口即到国英园1号楼楼下。

2、向南直行50米,绕过 国二招宾馆 沿着中大安胡同向东到西直门南小街,向南步行到丁字路口即到国英园1号楼楼下。

机场线路2

从首都机场内乘坐机场直达西单的大巴,在西单站下车,乘坐出租车到西直门南小街国英园1号楼。

    Once in the spring, some people will feel sleepy in the morning, the day can't come. This state may be caused by "chunkun".
 
    Winter, the temperature change is big, the body need to have an adaptive process. Winter cold, the human body in order to adapt to the environment, the skin pores and sweat glands to prevent temperature divergence, and in the spring, rising temperatures, the pores of the skin stretch, systemic blood flow increased, the brain of oxygen supply less, don't adapt, the activity in the brain may be affected, whole body clock is not, people will feel fatigue, general malaise. So someone will say, simply point more sleep come here.
 
    To solve the "chunkun" more sleep alone is not a good solution. Because the normal adults about eight hours of sleep every day is enough. Much sleep not only won't let a person awake, will be more groggy, because sleep too much may reduce the excitability of cerebral cortex, make it in a state of inhibition.
 
    In this season, the first thing to keep a good living habits, sleep wake up on time, don't disrupt routine; Second, maintain indoor air fresh, want to often ventilated take a breath; Three is to participate in outdoor activities, improve the oxygen in the brain; Four is to participate in some entertainment activities more, stimulates the brain activity, improve brain threshold.
