The provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the national development and reform commission, price bureau, health and family planning commission (bureau), human resources social security department (bureau), the ministry of industry and information technology department (bureau) and departments (bureau), the department (bureau) of commerce, food and drug supervision bureau:

    According to the spirit of the third plenary session of the eighteenth and overall requirements of medical and health system reform, the national development and reform commission, the state health and family planning commission, human resources and social security ministry, the ministry of industry and information technology, ministry of finance, the ministry of commerce, food and drug supervision administration formulated the "opinion" to push forward the reform of drug prices, agreed to by the state council, printed and distributed to you now, please comply with them, and matters related to notice the following:

    A, since June 1, 2015, in addition to narcotic drugs and the psychotropic drugs of category I, cancel the original drug prices set by the government. Anesthesia, still psychotropic drugs of category I temporarily by the national development and reform commission shall manage the highest ex-factory price and retail price.

    Second, after the drug price administration policy, all inconsistent with the provisions of this notice shall be abolished, will be subject to the provisions of this notice.

    Three, around the price, health, family planning, human resources social security departments in accordance with the opinion to push forward the reform of drug prices, study and formulate specific policies and measures to strengthen the medical costs and price behavior, a comprehensive regulation to do a good job of policy and public opinion guide, to ensure the reform smoothly.
