"Longevity achievement method" is based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, to disease cure as the core, by means of gym fitness, for the purpose of longevity and health, through the heart, pranayama, methods of adjustment to the science of uniting the body function of power system. Constipation prevention and care method for constipation has very good effect. To introduce the following:

Practice the acrobatics time requirement: single method 24 ~ 48 minutes.
