One, the main content

Second, the object and scope

Provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government and xinjiang production and construction corps, cover the provinces, cities and county level 3 family planning administrative department of public health and related units, see appendix for the specific content of supervision and inspection.

3, work deployment and requirements

(a) the deployment phase (3 months). (2) comprehensive rectification stage (April to June). The family planning administrative department of public health at the provincial level to organization for districts work to carry out spot checks. Around to find problem timely put forward rectification opinions, take targeted measures to promote problem solving. To find illegal behaviors, to investigate and punish according to law. Where the family planning administrative department of public health at various levels shall report to the government at the same level as a result, the supervision and inspection and notify relevant departments.

(3) the stage summary report (July). Provincial family planning administrative departments for public health shall, in 2016 July 15 to the laws and regulations to carry out the supervision and inspection summary and the summary table (see attachment) and submit to by supervision.
