In addition to surgical treatment, many scholars believe that physical exercise has the initiative, the nature and nature of the characteristics of peripheral vascular disease treatment and rehabilitation have a certain role, especially for lower limb ischemia caused by intermittent claudication have a good effect.

      Clinical practice has found that smoking cessation and walking exercise combined with drug therapy can not only significantly reduce or cure intermittent claudication, improve patient quality of life, but also as an adjunctive adjuvant therapy and to cure residual mild intermittent claudication after surgery Best effect.

      Exercise prescription should be based on the patient's age, gender, physical, disease, disease and whether the merger and other comprehensive determination. Exercise intensity and exercise time determine the amount of exercise. Generally use small strength, long exercise prescription. Exercise intensity to exercise heart rate of 100 to 110 times / minute, net heart rate (exercise heart rate minus the heart rate difference when the difference) is less than 30 times / minute is appropriate.
