Four, after issuing the \"practice license of medical institution\", the family planning administrative departments for public health shall strengthen the supervision of things afterwards and family planning of health supervision agency site supervision and inspection of not less than 2 times a year, within 3 months after opening in site supervisors to check for the first time. Endowment institutions set inside the clinic, health center (room), clinic, nursing station shall establish referral cooperation mechanism, and the surrounding medical institutions improving medical service capacity, to ensure the medical quality and safety.
