Medicinal materials: cinnamon 50g, dogwood 50g, ginger 50g, onion 50g, pepper 80g

The expert reminds when foot bath

(4) should not bubble foot within half an hour after a meal, it can affect the supply of blood in the stomach and make people malnourished in the long run.



(5) do not sweat much when soaking your feet, and do not sweat too much when soaking your feet.



(6) people who should not soak their feet: children, some acute infectious diseases, hemorrhagic diseases, and patients with frostbite should not burn their feet; Some patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases should choose according to the doctor's advice.
