Tracking the national food safety standards evaluation standard (for trial implementation)
Article 1 in order to regulate the national food safety standards track evaluation, effective implementation of the national food safety standards track evaluation system, according to the food security law, the regulation on the implementation of the food safety, and the measures for the administration of the national food safety standards and other relevant provisions, this standard is formulated.
Article 2 the national food safety standards, follow-up assessment is to investigate the implementation of national food safety standards, understand the standard implementation and carry on the analysis and study, puts forward related Suggestions to standard implementation and amendment of the process. Follow-up assessment work includes the following contents:
(1) standard implementation and the implementation;
(2) advance standards implementation of the measures and effects;
(3) standard index or the technical requirements of the scientific and practical;
(4) other need to follow up the content of the evaluation.
Article 3 the national food safety standards tracking evaluation should be to protect the public health for the purpose, adhere to the scientific and reasonable, in accordance with the principle of efficient, objective and reliable.

The provincial administrative department of health is responsible for tracking the national food safety standards evaluation of organization management.
