Basic information including: hospital, construction scale, outpatient and the inpatient occupancy of traditional Chinese medicine business, other business premises, equipment, information construction, construction of parking Spaces, greening construction in hospital, etc. Specific see the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine hospital construction standard (revised) baseline questionnaire ".
