        Published recently in the journal diabetes learn according to a study, pregnant women often eat Fried food before, have a higher risk of gestational diabetes during pregnancy. 
 
        Researchers in the United States national institutes of health from 15027 to 15027 women single pregnancy data are analyzed, and the women aged 25 to 44 years old, from the nurses' health study II, the study started in 1989, is still in progress.

In adjusted for age, diet and the diet related factors, the researchers found that women with eating Fried food is less than 1 times a week, compared to eat Fried food 1 ~ 3 times a week, 4 ~ 6 and 7 times in half the risk of gestational diabetes mellitus are respectively 1.13, 1.31, and 2.18 times of the former. That is to say, if almost every day to eat Fried foods, the risk of gestational diabetes will be multiplied. Even after further correction weight index, the correlation is still there. 
 
        The researchers explained that Fried food is potential to increase the risk of gestational diabetes, may be to some of the harmful substances produced during the process of frying. 
 
        Fried by oxidation and hydrogenation make the chemical composition of oil change, and reduce the content of unsaturated fatty acid, the content of trans fatty acids increase at the same time.
