Abstract Tourette syndrome is a childhood onset, with chronic multiple tic movement with the main features of vocal tic nerve, mental disease. To address the impact of the disease problems, reference literature, combined with Chinese characteristics, the issues about the "dance like hyperactive tic syndrome," the new Chinese name and a new diagnostic method, and based on the diagnostic criteria and internationally recognized standards to determine the efficacy of scalp and tiapride (western) treatment for Tourette syndrome control of their own. The results show that the scalp can effectively control the hyperactive dance-like tic syndrome movement, sound and comprehensive damage, and no significant side effects.

Tourette syndrome is a childhood onset, with chronic multiple tic movement characterized by mixed vocal tic nerve, mental disease. The etiology and pathogenesis is unclear. And foreign research results, the authors believe that Tourette syndrome in the present study, mainly in the following three problems: no uniform accepted name of disease, meet the diagnostic criteria and clinical practice evaluation standard, which for the TS key epidemiological indicators such as morbidity , Prevalence and clinical work has brought a lot of difficulties [1-9].
To address the impact of the disease problems, reference literature, combined with Chinese characteristics, the issues about the "dance like hyperactive tic syndrome," the new Chinese name and a new diagnostic method, and based on the diagnostic criteria and internationally recognized standards to determine the efficacy of scalp and tiapride (western) treatment for Tourette syndrome control their own research, are reported as follows:

1 Clinical data

1.1 General information: 140 cases twitching dance like hyperactive syndrome acupuncture experts from the clinic of our hospital from March 1999 to December 2002 period in children admitted to clinics and wards were male and 111 cases, 29 females, men and women ratio of 3.8:1; age from 4 to 15 years, mean 9.9 years; course of 1 to 9 years, 30 cases in which more than 1 year, 2 to 3 years in 44 cases, 64 cases more than 4 years, Thailand will have long-term law Lee taking history, medication volume in 100-500mg / d between the medication for 12 months.

1.2 Diagnosis

1.2.1 Diagnostic criteria:

In summing up our own clinical practice and see the extensive literature, we propose dance like hyperactive tics syndrome diagnostic criteria, summarized as follows:
① to 3-15 years age-based; ② essential disease-oriented sports tic symptoms, including the simplicity and complexity of the tic movement, that is involuntary, repetitive, rapid, single or multiple sites without the purpose of muscles tics, such as blinking, shaking his head, wrinkle volume, nose twitching, pouting, wry neck, shrug, abdominal muscles twitching, "mouth", waving arm, twisting trunk, knock, and so on. ③ with a variety of sports associated with one or more vocal tics tic, offensive language or behavior disorders, not necessarily simultaneously, after three, but three must be one; ④ tic seizures several times a day, usually for the waves of attack , duration of continuous or intermittent seizures, which automatically relieve a period not exceeding three months.

1.2.2 Exclusion criteria:

① do not meet the diagnostic criteria; ② during the same time taking the scalp acupuncture treatment of this disease affecting the medicine or other treatment; ③ not complete the three-month course of treatment and follow-up patients; ④ the rheumatic chorea liver degeneration and hereditary ataxia and other diseases caused by tic disorder.

1.3 Treatment

1.3.1 scalp acupuncture group: patients taking tiapride efficacy due to poor disabled in January, after treatment with scalp. Acupoints: Baihui head through the window, through the head provisional fontanelle will weep [10]. Operations: routine disinfection, with 30 1.5-inch sterile needle, quickly twist angle of 15 degrees into the scalp, into 1-inch or so, and then quickly twisting 1-2 minutes, turn over 200 per minute, 15 minutes twist pin 1, were twisted 3 times, leaving pin 45 minutes. 1 acupuncture every other day, 1 month to 1 course of treatment, rest 2-3 days, re-2 treatment.

1.3.2 western medicine: tiapride ,200-500mg / d, medication for 12 months.

1.4 Observation:

Evaluation standard 1.4.1

1989 U.S. children by the Yale Psychiatric Institute Comprehensive tic severity scale [11] (YGTSS) for the evaluation standard.
1.4.2 Statistical Analysis Methods: Scalp and tiapride YGTSS score after treatment and the total branches of all elements u test.

2 Results

Dance like hyperactive tic syndrome and tiapride in patients after treatment with scalp acupuncture sport tic, vocal tic and comprehensive injury YGTSS score in Table 1, Table 2, suggesting that comparison between the two very significant (p <0.01)

3 Conclusion
Through the scalp treatment with tiapride dance like hyperactive self-tic syndrome comparative study, can initially be concluded that scalp acupuncture is a more effective and safer methods of treatment are worth promoting. Scalp treatment and control of not only difficult to control tiapride vocal tic, motor tics, and its behavior disorder associated with damage caused by the integrated effects are very significant. Moreover, scalp treatment there is almost no significant side effects, this is precisely the unmatched by any drug treatment.
4 Discussion
4.1 understanding of the disease disease name
We recommend that the disease according to Chinese characteristics will be translated into dance like hyperactive tic syndrome, on the grounds that: According to the author observed in 140 patients, the disease first symptom of tic for sports, accounting for 136 cases (97%), simple campaign facial tic tic in common, a total of 126 cases, 90%, followed by head and neck twitching shoulder 80 cases (57%), upper limb twitching in 59 cases (42%), motor tics in 34 patients (24%), trunk tic 22 cases (16%). Complex motor tics, such as a face of 85 cases (61%), writing tics 43 (31%), knock in 38 cases (27%), stamping their feet in 20 patients (14%). Vocal tics, the Qingke most common sound for the 109 patients (78%), followed by clearing his throat in 78 patients (56%) Hang Hang sound in 45 cases (32%), repeat the language of 24 cases (17%), language interrupt 21 (15%), explosions in 15 cases (11%), Tourette's only 8 cases (6%), and other sound in 7 patients (5%). Behavioral disorders, attention deficit accounted for 74 cases (53%), followed by learning difficulties, 69 patients (70%), forced disorders in 45 cases (32%), mood disorders in 20 cases (14%), indecent 7 cases (5%) .
Thus, motor tics are the disease-prone and the first symptoms, and compounded by many sports tic misdiagnosis most of the more serious, more associated with dance-like movements, dance-like hyperactivity syndrome named Tic, vivid and difficult to misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis.
4.2 Modern medicine dance like hyperactive awareness of tic syndrome
Dance like hyperactive tic syndrome pathogenesis has not yet fully understood, the incidence and genetic factors, neurotransmitter imbalance, psychological and environmental factors and other aspects related to multiple factors may interact during development caused by syndrome [12]. Tic syndrome dance like hyperactivity in three major risk factors are male, young, and family history of tic disorder.
I found in the follow-up, dance-like hyperactivity syndrome and tic too strict tutor related. In the early education process, parents are too strict and harsh on children, plus school students are too stringent requirements, resulting in the external pressure and psychological ability of children to bias that may lead to disease. Meanwhile, shock, emotional distress, watch TV or irritating strong horror adventure cartoons, etc., may trigger the onset of the disease.
4.3 motherland medicine dance like hyperactive awareness of tic syndrome
Tic syndrome, hyperactive dance-like clinical manifestations, similar to Chinese medicine liver wind syndrome, seizures, such as Globus Syndrome category. "Q • to the larger theory of truth," says: "all the wind out of dizzy, all belonging to the liver," it twitch as the signs of liver Kang wind. TCM believes that "abnormal more haunted by the sputum", wind phlegm ran offensive language disturbance God awakened it endlessly, scrambling on the throat is a sudden roar, the flows of the meridians are shown in involuntary twitch. Wind for Yang evil, good deeds few changes, so the wink, shrug alternating. Chinese wind phlegm more from the disease on governance.
The disease in Chinese medicine is no clear disease name, "pediatric drug card straight tactic • liver wind and even" are: "wind disease or new or old, are cited liver wind, the wind and on the head. Head is liver, wind into the eyes, up and down like the wind, not light not heavy, children can not be any. " Often in children than liver, spleen and often inadequate, Firelight Chang Wang, the pathogenesis is the heart, liver, pathogenesis, mainly as a "liver wind Firelight phase fan", but also closely related with the sputum.
The literature [13] to the dialectical type of the disease Kang wind of liver, Liver and, Yin wind III.
In short, dance like no hyperactivity tic syndrome complete ancient records, starting from the clinical practice of Chinese medicine, has come to understand its pathogenesis, and made more systematic dialectical therapy program.
Scalp Treatment 4.4 hyperactive dance-like basis tic syndrome
In this paper, the s [14] [15] scalp acupuncture theory, part of the scalp of acupoints: Baihui through the mesh window, through the head provisional fontanelle will weep. The main basis of the following:
Yang will head for all, because points on the top of the roof Baihui can run through all positive-tested, and therefore named Baihui. This point is full sun, hand, foot and foot Shaoyang Jue Yang, Du's Society, also known as the Five Sanyang. "Brain is the sea of marrow, and its output is its cap on, the next government is the wind" ("Sea of Lingshu •"). Therefore regardless of what causes brain disorders of blood disorders occur, are desirable facilities Baihui.
Head Pro sob, head windows are all Foot-Shaoyang gall bladder, liver and bile in Chinese medicine, physiology and pathology is closely related to liver disease and often affect the gallbladder, biliary disease often spread to the liver, with the end of the liver and gallbladder diseases, such as the liver and gallbladder Huo, liver and gallbladder damp heat, etc., if the liver too, grams of cutting Pitu, does not and can cause liver and spleen, which is one of the pathogenesis of this disease.
Therapy through the use of scalp acupuncture. Zhao needle through from the "coffin" "Five thorn", "twelve assassination" in the part of the needle, a needle through a few points or several meridians, can be declared pass through the air, to reconcile business health, broken vent lag Results, sedation analgesia, and point selection and a more streamlined, children take into account both the psychological fear of pain, acupuncture reduced the pain of many, but also improve the efficacy and easy for young children and their parents to accept.

In short, dance like hyperactive scalp acupuncture tic syndrome is the mechanism to reconcile the liver and spleen, dispels wind-pass network, thus easing Pinggan Wind, and even cure the disease.
