Provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government health and family planning commission, the xinjiang production and construction corps health bureau, the demonstration base of resident standardization training:

For carrying out the seven departments of the state council "about building system of resident standardization training guidance of health science and education hair [2013] no. 56 (countries), according to the measures for the administration of resident standardization training (try out)" (the health science and education is sent [2014] no. 49) requirements, by organizations to select a batch of demonstration base of resident standardization training, now the list will be published, and put forward the following requirements:

A, the provincial family planning administrative department of health will continue to strengthen the demonstration base of resident standardization training guidance, increase the intensity of support, further play to the demonstration base for training organization and management, cultivate high quality medical residents, training the backbone's demonstration leading role of teachers, etc.

Second, the demonstration base to further enhance the sense of responsibility sense of mission, aim at the international high level base of resident standardization training system, strictly implement the responsibility system of "head", strengthen the training of the whole process of management, effectively arouse the enthusiasm of training students and teachers information, to ensure the quality of training. To the counterpart support, the training of backbone teachers work earnestly, positive help other training base to improve training quality.

Three, the demonstration base of dynamic management, resident standardization training by commission will jointly with the demonstration base of province, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the family planning administrative department of public health supervision and inspection, landslides, quality of work can not reach the requirements of the demonstration, revoke the demonstration base. By commission will entrust a third party to strengthen supervision assessment, promote the construction of demonstration base level enhances unceasingly.
