Now the matters related to notice the following:

A, scope of unicom

Quasi unicom provinces in 2015: hebei, shanxi, liaoning, heilongjiang, Shanghai, fujian, guangxi zhuang autonomous region, sichuan province, guizhou province, gansu province, xinjiang uygur autonomous region.

New farming and platforms have not been built at the provincial level or new farming and management function has been forwarded to other departments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities), shall be enforced by the province (autonomous regions and municipalities) of regional health information platform unicom national new farming and platform, according to the request to upload data across the province for medical treatment. Other is not yet new farming and platform unicom provinces across the country, should actively create conditions to realize agriculture and national new platform of unicom, complete the data upload and download function.

Farmers have been with the national new platforms to achieve unicom provinces (Beijing, Inner Mongolia autonomous region, jilin province, jiangsu, anhui, henan, hubei, hunan, hainan province), should further improve the quality of data upload, through the provincial new farming and platform unicom all level 2 above hospitals in the province.

Second, the work content

(a) to formulate implementation plan. Relevant provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities shall formulate unicom implementation plan as soon as possible, in strict accordance with the schedule, we will accelerate agriculture and national new platform of unicom. Third, scheduling

Quasi unicom 2015 provinces should be completed before the end of 2015 the provincial new farming platform for data exchange network environment structures, and system transformation, the farmers start new data upload work. Fourth, work demands

(3) the unicom hospital medical insurance department of agriculture (new) shall be responsible for liaison, to help farmers, fujian association of foreign languages and new tube do agency verification activities (the bartender) personnel reimbursement bills held by the authenticity, admission office is responsible for collecting basic information and medical expenses, fujian association of foreign languages and patients information department is responsible for transforming information system, using agriculture and provincial new platform established network channel, fujian association of foreign languages and patient data that we go to a doctor, and upload to the provincial new farming platform.

(4) of Chinese academy of medical sciences institute of medical information by the nation's new farming by commission entrusted construction platform and bear unicom's specific implementation work, including the technical scheme for unicom, alignment data exchange network environment, the test interface caller, based data and business data collection circuit, data exchange across the province for medical treatment, etc., provide the technical support work for China unicom. At the same time, assist by commission to carry out the verification business across the province for medical treatment cost, urged unicom provinces and data exchange work at the hospital. By commission will regularly report work progress.
