Diagnosis of occupational fluorine poisoning and its inorganic compounds

The national health and family planning commission of the People's Republic of China

The 2016-02-02

A, standards, revise and publish the importance and significance

Fluorine in nature in the form of inorganic compounds, fluoride and its inorganic compounds are widely used in industrial production. Long-term work excessive exposure can cause chronic fluorosis, inorganic fluoride compounds cause bone change of systemic disease. When high concentrations of inhaled gaseous inorganic fluoride compounds, can cause acute fluorosis.

This standard instead of GBZ 5-2002 "diagnostic criteria of industrial fluorosis GBZ 5-2002 since the release of diagnostic process of management of occupational chronic fluorosis has played a guiding role. In recent years, about the diagnosis and treatment of industrial fluorosis basic research, clinical case reports have significant progress, and occupational health survey literature standard content cannot fully adapt to the new progress. Especially the 2002 version of the standard does not contain the diagnosis and treatment of the patients with acute poisoning from inorganic fluoride, cause acute poisoning occurs for the diagnosis and treatment can be depended on top, and the pathogenesis of acute inorganic fluoride poisoning, the key points of clinical manifestation and treatment all have certain specificity and potentially dangerous, dangerous illness often. Therefore, standards have to be revised.

Second, the main contents of the standard

The provisions of this standard of management of occupational acute poisoning and chronic fluorine and its inorganic compounds poisoning diagnosis principle, contact reaction, diagnostic classification and treatment principles. Compared with GBZ 5-2002 the main changes are: (1) to modify the standard name; (2) to amend the "industrial fluorine and diagnosis principle" to "chronic poisoning diagnosis principle"; (3) will change the installment of "modify" bone X is suspected as "chronic poisoning diagnosis classification"; (4) delete the observation object; (5) to increase the diagnosis and treatment of the patients with acute poisoning from fluorine and its inorganic compounds.

3, need to highlight any problems

(a) the clinical manifestations of acute poisoning, fluorine and compounds is given priority to with acute respiratory damage and hypocalcemia, and diagnostic index of acute poisoning in laryngeal edema, respiratory tract acute damage and hypocalcemia performance as the main line, due to hypocalcemia can cause heart damage, so the arrhythmia and sudden death also included in the diagnosis of diagnosis index.

(2) the diagnosis of chronic poisoning, first of all must have at least 5 years of the history of the occupational exposure to fluoride and its inorganic compounds, and in the clinical manifestations of bone damage is given priority to, combined with laboratory blood tests (urine) fluoride, according to the change of bone X ray.
