Food safety work review assessment measures

(a) in food safety accidents within their respective administrative areas, failed to timely to organize and coordinate relevant departments to carry out effective treatment, severe adverse impact or heavy losses;

(2) involves many links within their respective administrative areas of regional food safety problems, failed to timely organization regulation, serious adverse impact or heavy losses;

(3) people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities or its relevant departments to conceal or submits, slow food safety accident;

(4) special major food safety accidents happened within their respective administrative areas, or of major food safety accidents occurred in succession.

Article 9 of the assessment results to the competent department of cadres in the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the leadership of the people's government and the comprehensive evaluation of leading cadres and practice the important reference of rewards and punishments, review the inspection found problems which need to be accountability clues handed over to the discipline inspection organs.
