For implementation of the state council concerning the strategic plan for development of Chinese medicine (2016-2030) of circular (guo fa [2016] no. 15), to further strengthen the organization and leadership to the work of Chinese medicine, strengthen the coordination and collaboration between government departments, do a good job of traditional Chinese medicine as a whole, agreed to by the state council, establish inter-ministerial meeting of Chinese medicine of the state council (hereinafter referred to as the joint meeting) system.

A, the main duties

Under the leadership of the state council, to coordinate work of traditional Chinese medicine. The national macro guidance work of traditional Chinese medicine; Research guidelines and policies to promote the development of TCM course reform; Guide, supervise and check the implementation of related policies and measures; Coordinate to solve the major problems in business reform and development of traditional Chinese medicine; Complete other tasks assigned by the state council.

Third, work rules

Joint conference in principle an all-hands meeting each year, according to the work need not regular project meeting, presided over by a convener or convener entrusted deputy convener.
