To implement the state council reform and decentralization, combined the pipes, optimization services and deepen the overall requirements of medical and health system reform, the national health commission decided to "detailed rules for the implementation regulations of medical institution" make the following changes:

First, the article 3 is revised as follows:

The category of the medical institutions:

(a) general hospital, hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, hospital which combines traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine, national medical hospital, specialized subject hospital, rehabilitation hospital;

(2) maternity and child care, maternal and child health, family planning service center;

(3) the community health service center (station);

(4) central hospitals, township (town) health hospital, streets institutes;

(5) nursing homes;

(6) comprehensive outpatient, specialist clinics and clinic of traditional Chinese medicine, combined Chinese and western medicine clinic, national medical clinics;

(7) clinics, Chinese medicine clinics, national medical clinic, health center, clinic, health care, health posts;

(eight) village clinics (by);

(9), emergency center station;

(10) clinical inspection center, medical center, pathological diagnosis center, medical imaging diagnostic center, hemodialysis center, hospice care center;

Specialist (11) specialized subject hospital for disease control and prevention, disease prevention, disease prevention and control of the specialized subject station;

Second, the article 12 is revised as follows:

Any of the following circumstances, shall not be: apply for establishment of medical institution

Third, the article 18 is revised as follows:

Medical institutions architecture design must be in accordance with the requirements of relevant laws, regulations and rules, after review by the relevant examination and approval authority agreed before construction.

4, article 26 is revised as follows:

A copy of the "practice license of medical institution" and its pattern design and printing requirements set by the national health and family planning commission, provincial family planning administrative department of health is responsible for the printing and distribution.

Five, the article 38 is revised as follows:

The family planning administrative department of public health at all levels should adopt informatization means such as electronic business licenses for medical institutions for the whole process management and dynamic regulation. Relevant management measures shall be formulated separately.
