The first chapter the general

Chapter ii registration conditions and content

Article 5. Who got the qualifications of medical practitioners or assistant practicing doctors' qualifications, can apply to the physician's practice registration.

(a) do not have full capacity for civil conduct;

Article 7 the doctor practicing registration include: location, category and scope.

The third chapter registration procedure

Article 11 to apply for the physician practice registration, and shall submit the following materials:

The fourth chapter registration changes

Article 19 who have not been registered and has one of following cases their medical treatment, prevention or health care shall handle the relevant formalities within 30 working days from the date the report registration departments, for the record:

Doctors bear upon the approval of the major professional institutions of health support, consultation, education and academic exchanges, tasks assigned by matters such as government and approved by the health administrative departments of family planning clinics, and support or custody agreement concluded in practice, such as medical institutions do not need to change practice site.

Article 21 the registration departments shall receive 20 working days from the date of application for registration of change of the change of the registration formalities.
