On the six classics of treatise on typhoid fever, there is an explanation of the problem of "wanting to understand" among the doctors of the past dynasties. For example, ke yunbo of the qing dynasty believed that "it is not the Yang in the Yang, so the sun is the Lord" and "the spleen is the Yin in the Yin, so the Lord hai, zi and ugly time". Zhang zhicong believed that "the sun west and Yang qi decline, the Lord of the yangming also, from shen to xu, is the Lord of the yangming qi, the surface of evil desire, will be with wang when the solution"; Chen xiuyuan believed that the disease of the six classics can be understood "by speculating at the time when it is flourishing", and advocated that "when it is flourishing, it will be solved".


Most of the families are bound by the desire to understand, and even get worse if they don't understand the "desire to understand", or fail to think deeply about the situation that some diseases suddenly appear in the "desire to understand". "When you want to solve" and the condition of self-solution is not common clinically. In treatise on typhoid fever, there is no name of "six classics", only sun disease, yangming disease, shaoyang disease, taiyin disease, shaoyin disease and jueyin disease, which are the "six diseases" of three Yin and three Yang. Since the song dynasty zhu humeru advocated the theory of "six classics", later generations to "six classics" on behalf of the three Yin and three Yang "six diseases", has been the agreement.


Ke yunbo said in the preface of treatise on typhoid fever: "the six classics of zhong jing, the former husband, legislated for all kinds of diseases." Yun tieqiao said in yun tieqiao's treatise on typhoid fever: "the first important thing in treatise on typhoid fever is the six classics, and the first difficult thing is also the six classics. According to gu zhishan, the key to discussing the essence of "six classics" lies in the understanding of "three Yin and three Yang" and the mastery of the theory of "opening and closing" of gasification. Zhang zhicong said in elaborating the six classics in his collection of treatises on typhoid fever: on the original meaning of typhoid fever: "this is all about the transformation of the six qi based on the purpose of the division of heaven in the five springs to transport the six qi!" The ancients understood the vicissitudes of heaven and earth as a movement of ligularia. Lao tze the daodejing said: "heaven and earth, between the children of judah together Yue?" There are three states of ligularia movement: open, close and close. "Su wen · six stanzas on Tibetan images" said: "its life five, its gas three; Three all day, three into the ground, three into adults. Therefore, gu zhishan believes that the "three" of the "three things" are open, close and close, rather than the heaven, earth and human beings that some people talk about. Yin and Yang have their own openings, hinges and fusses, which gives rise to the "six qi". Huangdi neijing ordered sun, shaoyang, yangming, taiyin, shaoyin, juyin. The fusuma (or "clutch") motion is also related to the time period. "Historical records · almanac" : "even when the winter solstice, Yin and Yang separation and combination of the road behavior.


Together movement "Yue" law, the ancients through "Jia GuanFei grey" found the "six law of lv" time period. Gu zhishan believes that "six laws and six lyres" are the basic "laws" that remain unchanged throughout the ages in nature. Grasping this node has special significance to determine the attribution of the "six classics" of syndromes. Xihu zhongjing did not elaborate on the clinical application of "to understand", later generations are not very clear, resulting in the millennium rarely and rhyme.

Article 9, 193, 272, 275, 291 and 328 are the original texts of "treatise on typhoid fever". The details are as follows: "when the sun's disease is about to be solved, it has never been solved" (article 9); "When yangming disease was about to be solved, it started from shen to xu" (article 193); "When shaoyang disease is about to be solved, from Yin to Chen" (article 272); "When the taiyin disease is about to be solved, from hai to Chou" (275); "When shaoyin disease is about to be solved, go up from zi to Yin" (article 291); "When jue Yin disease is about to be solved, it should be from the ugly to the MAO" (article 328). When the six classics diseases are about to be understood, they are actually related.


The time node problem related to three Yin and three Yang is put forward when the six classics are about to be solved. Gu zhishan's unique opinion on the "time to understand" of the six classics is "related time". The special clinical significance of jueyin disease "when it is about to be solved"


There has always been a lot of controversy about jue Yin disease. Lu yuanlei pointed out that "jue Yin disease has been a mystery for thousands of years", and believed that "there is no investigation" or even negation. Ke yunbo sighed that "jueyin is the most difficult to treat in the six classics". However, we found that jueyin disease is not uncommon in clinic and the treatment is not complicated.


According to the correlation between jeyin disease and jeyin disease to be solved, when the symptoms appear or worsen at night (1:00 to 3:00 in the second half of the night), jeyin disease is considered to be jeyin disease. As for the black plum pill, shu chiyuan, a typhoid fever expert in the qing dynasty, once commented that this recipe was "disordered and inadequate". "Tang tou ge jin", "medical prescription collection solution" and other prescriptions and the current general "formulary science" teaching materials, etc., all listed the black plum pill as the first prescription of "insecticide" and "insect repellent", ignoring its significance as the main prescription of jueyin disease, so that the black plum pill has become a cold prescription in the contemporary clinical practice of biliary ascariasis, which is rare. The interpretation of the six classics, which are about to be interpreted, has solved the understanding of jeyin disease, a mysterious case of ancient times, and also activated the famous prescription of ancient plum pills.


Why are there more opportunities to use jue Yin disease "to understand"? Because jueyin is the time when Yin and Yang meet, Yin and Yang are born, and Yin and Yang are transformed. Jeyin is the final stage of the course of disease in the six meridians. Grasp the time node of jueyin, boost gasification from Yin to Yang, and the disease will be cured. Therefore, there are the most opportunities to use jue Yin disease in clinical practice.


In order to distinguish "to understand", we need to combine the overall analysis of flat pulse syndrome differentiation to be more sure


Gu zhishan believes that treatise on typhoid fever is not a simple syndrome differentiation for treatment, but a combination of syndrome differentiation, pulse differentiation and time differentiation to achieve the purpose of disease differentiation (to determine the cause of disease in the three Yin and three Yang). Among them, "to understand the time" is an important feature of zhang zhongjing's chronology.


Since the differentiation of "wanting to understand" is only one of the methods for "treatise on typhoid fever" to distinguish the diseases of the six classics, the clinical application of "wanting to understand" should not be rigid and rigid, but also need to be combined with the overall analysis of flat pulse syndrome differentiation to be more accurate. For example, if the use of plum pills only based on "to understand", sometimes the effect will be very good and sometimes not effective phenomenon; If it can be combined with the statement in article 326 of treatises on typhoid fever that "jeyin is a disease, quenching thirst, the heart is flushed with qi, the heart is hot and painful, hunger is not the desire to eat, and eating is the vomiting of ascaris, and the benefits below are not limited", it will be more sure of the efficacy if it is used for one of the manifestations of thirst, hand and foot syncope, and the disorder of cold and heat.


The application of "to understand" of the three Yin meridians pays more attention to its starting point


Taiyin, shaoyin disease "to understand" overlap with "child ugly"; Shaoyin and jueyin diseases overlap with chouyin when they are about to be solved. The three Yin meridian diseases overlap with the "ugly" when they are "about to be solved". How to grasp the time overlap of the three Yin meridians? According to gu zhishan's experience in the application of "the desire to explain" of the three Yin meridians, he believes that the first moment of the "desire to explain" of the three Yin meridians is of greater significance.


The author has seen gu zhishan treat a night sweats patient wang mou, female, 53 years old, since sweat, night sweats for 5-6 years, day and night, sweat such as water wash, sweat born cold, cold pain on the back of the shoulder, night throat dry such as tear, knees soft and weak, sticky stool. The first diagnosis was given to angelica liuhuang decoction and wumei pill, night sweats were not significantly improved, and the follow-up consultation found that night sweats occurred every midnight. Therefore, the treatment of shaoyin disease was conducted from the "time of solution", and huanglian e-jiao jizi yellow soup was applied, and the medicine was often cured. Prescription: stir-fry rhizoma coptidis 6 g, scutellaria baicalensis 10 g, paeony peony 10 g, purple oil cinnamon 2 g (after the bottom), east e jiao 10 g (closed), chicken yellow 1.


"When the six classics disease" is about to be solved ", it is wonderful to use it properly.


Gu zhishan had treated a 7-year-old female child from shandong province who was diagnosed as thrombocytopenic purpura due to recurrent epistaxis with systemic petechiae in 2009. The platelet of the patient was as low as 3 x 109/L, and the patient was hospitalized for several times for symptomatic treatment such as hormone shock and platelet input. Prescription: 6 g rhubarb, 6 g magnolia officinalis, 8 g immature immature orange, 6 g broached liquorice, 7 doses. On June 27, 2012, the patient was re-diagnosed with nosebleed, no epistaxis, no obstruction to the stool, and no bleeding. PLT: 89 x 109/L was indicated by blood routine examination. The author once guided the same way to use the "to understand" theory to treat a patient with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, the patient is an elderly patient, there are a variety of basic diseases, repeatedly low platelet for more than 10 years, every 1~3 months need to be hospitalized treatment, repeated use of hormones or gamma globulin impact treatment, the effect is not good. Hospital readmission in October 2014, when the platelet 12 x 109 / L, awaken symptoms, patients have the wee hours after wake up dry mouth, tinnitus, moss thin red tongue, pulse condition is unknown, the author, based on the experience of "jue Yin disease to solution", suggested plum pill the original square, with small amount of piece with 3 g, ebony 60 grams, head tisanes 1 ~ 2 hours before going to bed after 2 agent, obviously improved, night sleep not to wake, tinnitus disappeared, review of routine blood PLT: 25 x 109 / L. The clinical application of "to understand" the six classics diseases is actually based on the practice and deepening of the theory of luck pathogenesis. It is based on the grasp of the "opening and closing" phases and timing, which can better reflect the corresponding characteristics of heaven and man in traditional Chinese medicine. Based on the guidance of "to understand" of six classics diseases, clinical efficacy can be effectively improved, which is worth further exploration and practice.
